This week’s menu plan is pretty easy, but uses up some of the things in our cabinets. We leave for vacation in just two weeks and don’t want to leave tons of food here!
So, we are going to try to eat it all up over the next couple weeks.
Week Twenty Four Menu Plan:

Breakfast
Monday – Farmer’s Breakfast Skillet at The Gracious Wife
Tuesday – *French Toast with maple syrup, sausage links, and orange slices. (Make up extra french toast slices, and cut into strips, place in a freezer zip bag and freeze).
Wednesday – Easy Breakfast Muffins with Hashbrown Crust at Play. Party. Plan.
Thursday – Bagels with sausage patties, and apple slices.
Friday – Chicken Biscuits (Use frozen chicken nuggets or patties, with canned biscuits for an easy breakfast dish.)
Saturday – Homemade Donut Recipe- Yeast Type at Restless Chipotle serve with easy to make crispy oven baked bacon and some fresh berries.
Sunday – Oatmeal with cinnamon & brown sugar.
Lunch
Monday – Salami, Cream Cheese and Crackers, with sliced cucumbers & cherry tomatoes.
Tuesday – Bagel Pizzas with side of grapes
Wednesday – Ham & Cheese Sandwiches with a side of Blueberries
Thursday – Apples and Cheese Wraps via Weelicious with pretzel sticks & raspberries
Friday – Italian sausage slices, grape tomatoes, and carrot sticks
Saturday – Tuna Melt sandwiches, celery sticks and grapes
Sunday – Philly Cheesesteak Sliders at Homemade Interest
Monday – Grilled Chicken and Blueberry Salad at at Caroline’s Cooking (Use a rotisserie chicken for ease of use, or buy grilled chicken strips from the refrigerated section.)
Tuesday – Pulled Pork Tacos (use leftover pulled pork from week 23) with a side of Homemade Salsa from Women Living Well and Nacho chips.
Wednesday – Italian Sausage or Brats Hoagies with served with sautéed bell peppers and onions. Slice extra sausages for lunch on Friday.
Thursday – Simple Spaghetti Carbonara at the Mom Maven
Friday – Grilled Sticky Chicken Skewers at It Is a Keeper with grilled corn on the cob, and with fruit salad. While the grill is hot, grill Saturday night’s steak, reserve in fridge.
Saturday – Warm Steak Salad, using the steak you grilled Friday night. Heat a cast-iron skillet and melt butter and olive oil, add steak to warm up (you aren’t cooking, just heating). Make a mixed green salad with tomatoes and blue cheese drizzle olive oil & red wine vinegar over the top.
Sunday – Creamy Lemon Dill Salmon at My Life Cookbook with steamed broccoli and rice pilaf (add affiliate link).
