Easter Bunny Pineapple Smoothies
The flavor of these smoothies is pineapple, and they’re such a simple and sweet treat. I love the cute bunny picture on top – it makes them fun for Easter recipe goodness.
Waking up on Easter morning and having these for an Easter breakfast is a great way to start the day. Each person can even join in the fun and make their own.
Grab some fun smoothie glasses, or don’t forget the red food coloring for the bunny ears and nose! These are so much fun to make!
How can I thicken a smoothie?
To thicken a smoothie, consider using frozen fruits or vegetables, which add creaminess without diluting the taste like ice can. Ingredients like bananas, mangoes, or avocados are excellent for this purpose.
Adding a scoop of nut butter or a handful of oats can also lend a satisfying richness while boosting your smoothie’s nutritional profile.
For those who prefer a low-calorie option, chia seeds or a dollop of Greek yogurt works wonders for thickness and adds a protein punch.
Another tip is to blend your smoothie at a consistent, high speed until all ingredients are smooth and no chunks remain. This ensures an even consistency throughout your drink.

How can I add more protein to fruit smoothies?
Boosting the protein content in your fruit smoothies is an effortless way to make your drink more satisfying and nourishing, supporting your fitness goals or keeping you fuller for longer.
Here’s how to amp up your smoothie’s protein power: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for an immediate protein lift. Alternatively, blend in a couple of tablespoons of nut butter, which will thicken your smoothie and imbue it with a rich, creamy texture.
Greek yogurt is another excellent protein-rich addition that provides a tangy kick and probiotics for gut health. For those leaning towards whole food options, seeds such as chia, hemp, or flaxseeds offer extra fiber and a decent protein punch.
Finally, silken tofu can be a brilliant add-in, seamlessly blending into your smoothie to boost protein without altering flavor.

Easter Bunny Pineapple Smoothies
Check out this delicious Easter Bunny Pineapple Smoothie recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of orange juice
- 2 pints of pineapple sherbet
- 4 cups 32 ounces of pina colada yogurt
- 4 medium bananas quartered
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of whipped topping divided
- 1 drop of red food coloring
Instructions
- Combine half of the orange juice, sherbet, yogurt, bananas, milk, and vanilla in a blender. Cover it and process it until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture in chilled glasses and set them aside.
- Repeat with the remaining orange juice, sherbet, yogurt, bananas, milk, and vanilla.
- Take a pastry or plastic bag and place 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping into it. With a tip, or a medium hole cut in the corner of the bag, pipe a bunny face onto each smoothie.
- Use food coloring to tint the remaining topping and place it into another bag. Cut a small hole in the bag to create the eyes, nose, and inside of the ears for each bunny. Carefully pull a toothpick through the whipped topping, beginning at the nose, and out toward the edge of each glass to create whiskers.
- Serve the smoothies immediately.
