So, I have a kind of major surgery on Monday and today I figured I needed to get some meals put into the freezer so my boys have something to eat next week.  Of course, that made me start looking around online for some freezer cooking tips. And I found so many that I wanted to share them with you too!

    I’m a big freezer cooker but I struggle to find meals that
    1) we like 2) freeze well and 3) are healthy. Curry, shephard’s pie and bolognese are about the ones that we do but they are on high rotation!

    I have been trying to get into the freezer meal routine but it seems like I have to cook so much for my family of five. I have to triple a recipe to even have leftovers let alone have something for the freezer. It is a great idea though and I may get around to it one of these days.
