How do I reheat leftover fish?

Reheating leftover fish can be a tricky task. If poorly executed, the fish can lose its texture, taste, and nutritional value.

An oven or a toaster oven is a proven method for reheating leftover fish. Preheat the oven to 350°F, wrap the fish in foil with some butter or oil, and place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Another option is to use a microwave, but caution must be taken to ensure the fish doesn’t become dry. One way to prevent this is to cover the fish with a damp paper towel and microwave it for 30 seconds, checking and stirring after each interval.

Above all, it is crucial to reheat leftover fish thoroughly to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses.
