Fun and Simple Beach Pudding Cups
These Beach Pudding Cups are beyond fun and easy to make. Who doesn’t want to walk around holding a plastic cup full of pudding mixture, red gummy fish, and (possibly) cool whip?
Don’t forget to add in the pink flamingos or cute drink umbrellas to really bring it all together! Pair this up with a few learning lessons from our Ocean Animals Unit Study!

The best part of this recipe is how the crush graham crackers really do look like sand! It makes me want to dig out my summer pair of flip flops and head to the beach! Seems like it’s the perfect summer treat to get everyone geared up and ready.
You can kick it up a notch by using this banana pudding recipe and adding the dye instead of vanilla.
Beach Pudding Cups
Who knew you could do such a fun and simple dessert with vanilla pudding mix? All you need is some pudding mix and milk and you’ll be creating a beach scene that the kids are going to love.
I’ve found that layered this takes no time at all and it’s a simple process that the kids can help with. And then when you stick in the fish and flamingo, you really do create quite an adorable beach scene.
This is a fun and simple dessert that you can make up in a short amount of time without having to turn on your oven at all. (and who really wants to turn on the oven when it’s blazing hot outside?!)
Our boys still love this simple treat, no matter how old they’ve gotten. It’s a simple way to put a smile on their face and get them excited and ready for the warmer months. (I’m not gonna lie – I like it, too!)

What else could you use to make the “sand”?
If you’re not a fan of using graham crackers, you can toss some golden Oreos in the food processor to create that sand-like look. You can also use vanilla Teddy Grahams, too, as long as you can get them caused up finely. (a rolling pin works really well to crush them up!)

Does this recipe use cream cheese?
It doesn’t. The “water” in this recipe is the instant pudding mix and that’s really all the creaminess that it needs. All you have to do is then add in the blue food coloring to give it that fun coloring and look.
There are a lot of recipes that use cream cheese for dips and fun desserts but when I say that this recipe is simple, it’s beyond easy!
