I dipped graham crackers into the carrot cake dip I made but you could also use Nilla Wafers, vanilla wafers or even buttery round crackers. The sky is the limit and trust me, after just one dip, you will be back for more.
Plus, it has shredded carrots, so it has to be good for you! Right? I am calling it a healthy dessert dip. ROTFL!

Running short on time? This sweet, creamy carrot cart dip is for you! I suggest letting the cream cheese soften for a few hours prior to making and opt for the already chopped pecans in the baking section at your local grocer. The pecans will give the dip a nice crunch.
Combining the room temperature cream cheese, with the small amount of crumbled carrot cake, chopped pecans, powdered sugar, and other ingredients in your stand mixer, will have your senses going full speed ahead and your mouth watering.
This sweet Easter dip makes about 10 servings and it is easy to double or triple the recipe if needed for a larger crowd.

If you love the moist, rich, decadent flavor of carrot cake you will love this delicious Carrot Cake Dip.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup crumbled carrot cake
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup sweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup grated carrot
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- Additional grated carrot and pecans for garnish (optional)
- Graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, carrot cake, pecans, and coconut until well combined.
Add the powdered sugar and heavy cream and beat until combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with additional grated carrot and pecans for garnish.
Serve with graham crackers for dipping
