RECIPE: Onion Mashed Potato Casserole
Onion Mashed Potato Casserole is a recipe of cheesy, onion, goodness that everyone is sure to love! This can be made with real potatoes or you can alter the recipe a bit to use boxed mashed potatoes instead. Either way, it is a delicious and filling side dish that is perfect for any meal. This is one of my favorite easy casserole recipes!
Just a tidbit of advice here: If you have picky kids, be aware – this stuff doesn’t look all that great because the Lipton turns the potatoes into a tan/brown color. However, once I convinced my boys that it was really good, they LOVED it. 🙂 We like to serve this with Saucy Parmesan Chicken, the flavors compliment each other very well!
Psst: I just love the small candy/trifle bowl that I found at Goodwill. 🙂
