Instructions to Make Unicorn Dip Charcuterie Board Recipe

Ready to whip up this whimsical dessert dip board? Here’s how to pull it all together:

  1. Make the Unicorn Dip: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and divide into 2–3 small bowls. Use food coloring to tint each one a different pastel color.
  2. Layer the Colors: Add spoonfuls of each colored dip into a serving bowl, swirling gently to create a marbled, rainbow effect. Top with colorful sprinkles.
  3. Assemble the Board: Place the unicorn dip bowl in the center of your charcuterie board. Arrange cookies, fruits, and candies around it in small clusters.
  4. Add Finishing Touches: Sprinkle edible glitter, confetti sprinkles, or mini marshmallows around the board for extra flair.

Dessert Board Tips and Tricks

  • Use a Lazy Susan or tray with edges to keep everything contained and easy to serve.
  • Vary textures by combining crunchy, chewy, and creamy items.
  • Color-coordinate your dippers with the theme (pastel pinks, purples, blues, and yellows are classic unicorn colors).
  • Chill the dip before serving for best consistency.

Troubleshooting Unicorn Dip Charcuterie Board Recipe

  • Dip too runny? Add more whipped topping or chill longer to help it thicken.
  • Dip too thick? Mix in a small amount of milk or cream to loosen it slightly.
  • Color mixed too much? Next time, layer gently and don’t over-swirl!
