Calling all Elvis fans! This Nut-Free Elvis Brownies Recipe is going to be a hit! It’s no secret that Elvis was a fan of bananas and bacon and this brownie batter literally has them all! Make sure to check out my Easy Homemade Brownies Recipes for even more tasty treats.

If you like peanut butter flavors, that is something that you can always add but since I’m keeping this nut free, there is no peanut butter added to this brownie recipe!

This brownie recipe is fast and easy and addictive. Even if you’re not a fan of Elvis, you’re going to be a fan of this brownie recipe!

Nut-Free Elvis Brownies Recipe

Stirring together the simple ingredients makes for a very easy recipe. Add the brownie mix and a handful of other common ingredients and that’s all you really have to do!

My boys love Elvis and they love these brownies. We’ll put on a few Elvis jams and have our own little Elvis celebration right at home!

Why is this named Elvis brownies?

It’s for a few reasons! Elvis loved sweets and he also loved bacon and bananas as well. Elvis was also a big fan of peanut butter so if you want to add peanut butter chips to your mashed bananas, you can and then you’ll have peanut butter bacon brownies!

How do you store leftover brownies?

Make sure to let them cool completely and then add them to an airtight container. They don’t have to be stored in the fridge but you can put them there if you want.

Nut-Free Elvis Brownies Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

You're going to love the simplicity of this easy brownie recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 cup of chopped bacon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray the baking pan with nonstick spray.

Fry up the bacon and divide it into 1 1/2 cups and 1/2 cup.

In a bowl mix the brownie mix, water, oil, eggs, and mashed banana.

And 1 1/2 cups of the bacon and stir.

Put the batter mix into the baking pan and spread out.

Sprinkle the rest of the bacon on top.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes. Let the brownies cool on a wire rack.
