Making this almond bacon cheese spread is a breeze. Mixing the ingredients together in a large bowl is literally the “hardest” part. I love the flavor of the added slivered almonds because they make the perfect outer layer of crunch.
Even though I make this for a lot of parties, my boys really love when I make this for our house, too. There’s no shame in double-dipping for us so we like to snack and dip and dip some more!
Can you use bacon bits instead of chopped bacon?
It’s really up to you. I love using chopped bacon because it’s softer in texture and taste. If you want to use bacon bits, you can but just be prepared that they’re going to add quite a bit of crunch.

How do you store leftover dip?
I always move the dip to a different bowl and store it in the fridge. I make sure to add a lid to it to keep it nice and fresh.

This million dollar dip recipe is fast, easy, and loaded with flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of slivered almonds
Instructions
Heat up a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add the slivered almonds and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stirring occasionally until they turn a golden brown color. Take off the heat.
Add all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Put in the fridge for 1 hour (or even overnight) and serve.
