Actually, yes. Turkey bacon actually crisps up pretty well in the oven as well and it’s lower in fat content than using regular pork bacon. If you want to try that option, go for it!

Totally! The more varying chocolate, the better! We’re a family who likes all the chocolates so we love to taste test recipes using them all. You can even just drizzle melted white chocolate on top of it as well!

Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) Oscar Mayer Thick Sliced Center Cut Bacon
- 2 squares Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Instructions
- Pre-Heat Oven to 400°F
- Place Bacon in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10x1 inch pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
- Drain on paper towels
- Dip half the bacon into the melted chocolate.
- Allow to cool on wax paper
