Keep in mind that you’re going to be doing this bacon recipe in a few different steps. Once you cook up the bacon, you’re going to want to use a wax paper lined baking sheet to keep it from sticking. And honestly, the hardest part of this recipe is waiting for the chocolate to dry so you can eat them!

Can you use turkey bacon for this recipe?
Actually, yes. Turkey bacon actually crisps up pretty well in the oven as well and it’s lower in fat content than using regular pork bacon. If you want to try that option, go for it!

- 1 package (12 oz) Oscar Mayer Thick Sliced Center Cut Bacon
- 2 squares Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Pre-Heat Oven to 400°F
- Place Bacon in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10x1 inch pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
