We tend to make this simple hot chocolate recipe many times a year and we love it every single time we drink it! It’s that extra boost of mint that takes the flavor over the top!

With just very few ingredients needed, the kids won’t have to wait long at all to be enjoying a cup of this yummy hot chocolate.
Andes Mint Hot Chocolate Recipe
I like to have this waiting for them when they get home from school or when they’re coming inside after spending some time out in the cold. Not only does it warm their tummies but it warms my heart to spoil them as well!
My boys are never too old to have momma make them a cup of hot chocolate and that’s one job that I’ll happily do over and over again! They know I like to add a few extra toppings on top to really enhance that sweet flavor.

Can you reheat leftover hot chocolate?
You can! Sometimes the kids don’t finish their mug entirely so I just pop it into the fridge until they’re ready for more. You can easily just reheat it in the microwave for a few seconds to get it hot again.

Andes Mint Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of hot water
- 1 packet of Hot Chocolate Mix
- 2 Andes mint candies
- 1 T of Peppermint Syrup
- Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Heat the water and stir in the hot chocolate mix, Andes candy, and syrup.
