Gingerbread Fudge Recipe
The hardest part about this fudge recipe is waiting and being patient for it to chill in the fridge! You’ll find yourself peeking at it every few minutes to see if it’s ready to eat!
And since you can cut the squares any size that you want, you can make this last as long or as little of time as you want. My boys LOVE fudge so there’s no doubt in my mind that this recipe literally lasts just a few minutes once it’s done.
Can fudge be made in silicone molds?
You can use molds if you’re like but make certain that you’re using softer molds so that they’re flexible to get the fudge out.
It’s also important to know that if you’re adding in nuts or something edge to fudge, it can create a cause for concern and ruin the shape. To get around this, have a layer of your fudge mixture on the bottom first before adding in the mixture that has nuts. This will create a sort of barrier to keep the mold fine.

What if my fudge doesn’t firm up in the fridge?
If you’re noticing that it’s not firming up in the fridge, it might need some more time to become harder.
You can increase the time and see if that helps. If it doesn’t, you might just have a softer fudge for some reason. It will still taste wonderful and delicious.
