Luckily for us, this Muddy Buddies Carrot Cake Snack is easy to make, leaving you with more time to enjoy it! Having only a handful of ingredients, you may have most of the ingredients on hand.
I pre-measure all of my ingredients and even line my baking sheets with parchment paper. Being prepared makes this yummy recipe a breeze to follow!

- 9 cups rice Chex
- 16oz vanilla almond bark
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup carrot cake mix
- 3 tablespoons orange sprinkles
- Pour Chex into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt almond bark according to package instructions and pour over the top of the Chex. Stir until all the cereal is coated.
- In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and cake mix. Pour evenly into two gallon-size ziptop bags.
- Pour the coated cereal into the two bags and shake the bags to coat in powdered sugar and cake mix.
- Spread the mixture over a lined baking sheet and top with orange sprinkles.
- Allow the almond bark to cool and set before serving.
