This Birthday Cake Cookies Recipe is the perfect way to treat a crowd. Make these easy cookies for your next birthday party!
Ingredients
- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 30-40 Birthday Cake Chocolate Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, vegetable oil, and cake mix together until smooth. This will take about 2 minutes.
- Use a cookie scoop (1 Tbsp) and portion out the batter and roll into balls.
- Place the cookie dough balls on the baking sheet 3 inches apart.
- Put the sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and press the chocolate kiss in the middle of each cookie.
- Let the cookies set until the chocolate is no longer soft, which will take about 1 hour.
