Should you cook bell peppers before putting them on pizza?
When making the perfect pizza, the decision to cook bell peppers beforehand can significantly affect flavor and texture. Cooking bell peppers before adding them to your pizza softens their crunchy texture and enhances their natural sweetness, creating a richer taste experience.
On the other hand, raw bell peppers offer a fresh and crisp contrast to the melted cheese and savory toppings, which some people may prefer.
Ultimately, whether you cook your bell peppers depends on your taste preference and the overall texture you want to achieve on your pizza.

What is the best way to perfectly cut a cooked pizza?
A high-quality pizza cutter or a sharp chef’s knife is the best way to cut a cooked pizza perfectly. First, allow the pizza to cool for a minute or two to prevent the cheese from sticking to the cutting tool.
Place the pizza on a flat, sturdy surface like a cutting board. If using a pizza cutter, press it down firmly and smoothly roll it across the pizza. Repeat this process to create evenly sized-slices.
For a chef’s knife, hold it at both ends and rock it back and forth, starting from the edge and moving to the center, then rotate the pizza and repeat.
Whichever tool you choose, ensure it is clean and sharp to achieve precise, effortless cuts for an enjoyable pizza experience.
