Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 – 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach thawed
  • 1 – 14 ounce can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • Cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 Cup(s) cream cheese
  • Cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix well.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients until they are well mixed.
  • Now, combine the ingredients of the two bowls and spoon into a baking dish.
  • Bake the dip for 20 to 30 minutes.

    I agree, Dips are our perfect choice as well during Game days & Movie nights. I love anything that includes Spinach & this looks like a delicious dip that would go well with my kids & husband.

    That looks delicious. I’ve always been a big fan of spinach dip. I’ve never had it with artichoke in it, but I do love the flavor of artichoke.

  5. I have seen lots of dips similar to this, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen mayonnaise been added to it. I wonder if that’s the secret ingredient of what I love from the restaurants.

    I absolutely love dips and spinach artichoke is one of my absolute faves! This looks delicious and you’re right – present opening can be exhausting so some food for fuel is a great idea!
