Recipe: Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

This spinach & artichoke dip is perfect for your next get-together!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 - 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach thawed
  • 1 - 14 ounce can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced

Instructions

    Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F.
    In a medium sized bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix well.
    In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients until they are well mixed.
    Now, combine the ingredients of the two bowls and spoon into a baking dish.
    Bake the dip for 20 to 30 minutes.

  4. That looks delicious. I’ve always been a big fan of spinach dip. I’ve never had it with artichoke in it, but I do love the flavor of artichoke.

  5. I have seen lots of dips similar to this, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen mayonnaise been added to it. I wonder if that’s the secret ingredient of what I love from the restaurants.
