Can you add other toppings to this bento box pizza?

You bet! You can add pepperoni to make pepperoni pizza or anything that you want. Once you cook the tortilla to a golden brown color, anything that you’ve added is going to be warmed and ready to enjoy! I like to spread shredded cheese all over and add a bit of spice with some chili flakes to mine!

Sometimes, we make peanut butter pizza for the kids as well and grill up the tortilla with peanut butter and jelly inside. The options are seriously endless.

Important Tips for this Bento Box Idea:

Just make sure that you spray the non stick skillet over medium heat before adding the ingredients. You don’t want the tortilla to burn or stick to the pan!

You can also change up the type of shredded cheese that you use as well. It’s up to you to use cheddar cheese, Colby jack cheese, or even a Mexican blend.
