Smores Dessert Pizza Recipe
This Smores Dessert Pizza Recipe is the best! Loaded with yummy flavor and simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 package of Sugar Cookie mix
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 ½ cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips
- 4 graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Make the sugar cookie dough per the directions on the mix.
- Add parchment paper to a baking sheet.
- Add the cookie dough onto the parchment paper and smooth it into the shape of a rectangle.
- Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and then turn the broiler to high. Put the oven tray underneath the broiler.
- While the cookie is warm, add 2 cups of chocolate chips on top, and then add the marshmallows.
- Put the pizza under the broiler and watch. As soon as the marshmallows start to grow and brown, take the tray out of the oven.
- Crush the graham crackers and sprinkle them on top.
- Melt the rest of the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the top.
- Serve the pizza warm.
