As a busy Southern mom, I have to have quick meals on certain nights of the week. Plus, my boys like for me to change things up. These quick and easy chicken puffs are fun for the boys and can be made pretty quickly. If you pre-make the filling, you can throw them together in just a few minutes at night and your kids can even help!
