In week 2’s menu plan, we talked about tackling the tasks that we have put off. Now, we are into the third week of January and the winter doldrums have hit. The holidays are over, it is cold, the Christmas decorations are all put away, and everybody is sick.

Tuesday Easy Skillet Breakfast via 3 Boys and a Dog
Wednesday: Make ahead idea: Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies, via Family Fresh meals, and a quick mix: Nutella Blueberry Protein Smoothie via Thrifty DIY Diva.
Thursday: Easy 3 Minute Breakfast Sandwich via 3 Boys and a Dog
Friday: Sausage Biscuits, sliced apples
Saturday: Chocolate Brioche, Pan Perdu via 3 Boys and a Dog
Sunday: Ham Steaks, Scrambled Eggs, Hashbrowns
Week 3 Lunch:
Monday: Veggie Humus Wrap via Wondermom Wannabe
Tuesday: Roast Beef Sandwiches with applesauce cups
Wednesday: Make Your Own Lunchable—Deli Ham, Cheese, Crackers & Raisins
Thursday: Grilled Salmon Sandwiches via 3 Boys and a Dog
Friday: Mason Jar Burrito Bowls via Give me Delicious Food, use leftovers from Thursday night dinner to put these together.
Saturday: Leftover Hamburger Soup.
Sunday: Chef Salad
Week 3 Dinner:
Monday: Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup via 3 Boys and a Dog serve with bakery style bread
Tuesday: Mustard Crusted Salmon (cook extra salmon steaks, with just salt & pepper for lunch) via Crystal & Comp., with Roasted Sweet Potatoes Stuffed with Quinoa and Spinach via Green Valley Kitchen
Wednesday: Teriyaki Meatballs via Frugal Family Home with Roasted Bok Choy via Crystal & Comp.
Thursday: Creamy Crockpot Chicken Tacos via Crystal and Comp. Serve with Cilantro-Lime Black Bean Rice via Julia’s Album
Friday: Kelli’s Spaghetti Recipe with a crusty french bread.
Saturday: Baked Potato Bar with a garden salad.
Sunday: Ground Turkey & Cabbage Stir Fry via Reipezazz and Thai Sweet Chili Green Beans via From a Chef’s Kitchen
