So, we are nearing the end of the month and that means that our pantry and freezer are thinning out. 
So, the meals we are having this week will be pretty cheap meals using up the stuff in the cabinets.

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:
Monday: Busy Day BBQ Meatballs, Potato Salad, Broccoli Slaw
Tuesday: End of the Month Casserole
Wednesday: Leftover Soup
Thursday: I will be out of the so the boys will have to fend for themselves. But, the soup should last them a few days
Friday: I am hoping for a little Hard Rock eating this night. LOL!
