- 1/4 cup Green Onion,chopped

- 2 tsp Chipotle Tobasco Sauce
- 1 tsp Lowery's Season Salt
- Finely chop the bell pepper and add to your mixing bowl.
- Add the softened cream cheese and stir until combined.
- Add half of the green onions and the mozzarella cheese before adding the Tobasco sauce, tomato sauce and Lowery's season salt.
- Stir well to combine completely.
- Place a piece of plastic cling wrap in the bottom of a small bowl and scoop the cheese ball mixture into the bowl, on the cling wrap,
- Gently pull the cling wrap around the cheese ball and tuck it into the bowl to make a ball shape with the cheeseball.
- Place the bowl into the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Combine the remaining green onion and pistachio pieces together and stir until combined.
- Remove the cheeseball from the fridge and roll the cheeseball in it, gently pressing the pistachio and onion mixture into the sides of the cheeseball.
- Place the cheeseball on the center of our plate, surround with crackers as desired and serve.
