Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, vegetable oil, and cake mix together until smooth. This will take about 2 minutes.

Use a cookie scoop (1 Tbsp) and portion out the batter and roll into balls.

Place the cookie dough balls on the baking sheet 3 inches apart.

Put the sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and press the chocolate kiss in the middle of each cookie.

Let the cookies set until the chocolate is no longer soft, which will take about 1 hour.
