Yum!  Ever since I got my new smoothie maker for Christmas, I love Smoothies. Make certain to check out my other recipes using oranges as well.

Cook’s Tip: To freeze bananas, peel and place in freezer bag.  Seal tightly and freeze.

You could actually make this with Trop50, also and cut back the calories.

Tropicana Orange Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Total Time: 5 minutes

This is one of the best smoothie recipes, ever!


  • 2 cups TROPICANA Pure Premium® Orange Juice
  • 1 cup 8 oz. lowfat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 medium-size frozen ripe bananas cut into pieces
  • Ground cinnamon


    Place Tropicana Pure Premium® orange juice and bananas in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add yogurt. Cover and blend until frothy.
    Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
