- ¾ cup milk -I used 2%
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup old fashioned oats
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- fresh blueberries for garnish
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra fresh blueberries and oats. Serve immediately.
