This blueberry oatmeal smoothie makes a delicious treat. With 7 grams of protein (using 2% milk) and only 249 calories per serving, it is the perfect meal replacement smoothie or treat.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk, -I used 2%
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup old fashioned oats
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra fresh blueberries and oats. Serve immediately.
