Super yummy, super easy!  Plus, you can make several different flavors!  Great family fun night snack.

 

Pizza Pinwheels Recipe

Pizza Pinwheels Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Total Time: 13 minutes

These Pizza Pinwheels are a winning dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg of pepperoni slices
  • 1 large bag of shredded mozzarella equal to 4 cups
  • 2 egg yolks

Instructions

    Heat oven to 375 degrees.
    Roll out crescent rolls, but pinch together the diagonal lines to create rectangles.
    In a large mixing bowl combine the cheese and egg yolks.
    Spread cheese mixture over the dough.
    Top cheese with pepperoni slices.
    Roll them into a log, starting from the short end.
    After you roll, slice them and place them on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 8 minutes.

    My little one would be all over these, but my older daughter (6) is so funny about new foods. She loves pizza though, so I bet I could get her to try these! I think it’s great when you can make food fun and these look like they fit the bill.
