Using banana cream pudding mix is such a fun way to get that banana flavor! Combine that with powdered sugar and stir to coat, and you’ve got quite the sweet treat that everyone is going to love! Good thing it makes a large bowl to share!

Banana Cream Puppy Chow
The biggest tip to remember when making this simple puppy chow recipe is that you want to fold in everything until it’s mixed well. Once you add the mixture to the powdered sugar, you want to be certain that everyone gets coated evenly, too!

Sure! That’s the great thing about puppy chow. You can easily add in some extra white chocolate chips or even some banana chips to give it a bit more crunch and flavor.
Just make certain that you lightly stir/gently stir in whatever other ingredients that you add.

Banana Cream Puppy Chow
This is such a fun flavor of puppy chow to make!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Chex
- 12 oz of Candy melts, yellow
- ¼ cup of powdered sugar
- ¼ cup of Banana Cream Jello pudding mix
- ¼ cup crumbled vanilla wafers
- 2 gallon bag
Instructions
Add the cereal to a large bowl and set it aside.
Put the powdered sugar, jello, and wafers into a bag. Set aside.
Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to directions on the package.
Once melted, pour over the cereal and fold in.
Add in some wafers and fold. (optional)
Once coated, put into the bag and shake with the sugar.
Dump the puppy chow out onto a baking sheet covered in wax paper to dry.
Add sprinkles.
