Homemade bread is always gobbled up pretty quickly in our house and this recipe is no exception. The added glaze that is drizzled on top at the end really does make it quite the special treat. I like to have a slice with my coffee in the morning as it’s the perfect balance.
Can you use frozen cranberries in this recipe?
I think that dried cranberries are best because the frozen cranberries are going to release extra liquid that will end up making the bread soggy. The same goes with using fresh cranberries as well.

How do you know when bread is done baking in the oven?
The easiest way to know if the bread is baked completely is to have a toothpick inserted in the center. If the toothpick in the center comes out clean, you can remove it to cool completely on a wire rack.
