What is the best way to store leftover fudge?

Leftover fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. When ready to enjoy your fudge again, remove it from the container and let it come to room temperature.

If your fudge has developed a thick crust, microwave it for 20-30 seconds to soften it up.

Fudge can also be frozen for longer-term storage. Wrap the fudge tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, then place it in a freezer-safe container. Frozen fudge will keep for up to three months.

To thaw, remove the fudge from the container and allow it to sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. If you’re in a hurry, you can defrost the fudge in the microwave on the “defrost” setting.
