14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
Mix the vanilla, sugar, and butter in a bowl until smooth.
Add the salt and flour, and then fold in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
Grab a different bowl and melt the white chocolate chips using the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until melted.
Mix the white chocolate with the condensed milk. Fold the cookie dough batter into the white chocolate mixture.
Put parchment paper onto an 8X8 dish and then pour the fudge on top. Spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Put the fudge into the fridge for about 2 hours to firm up.
