What I love about making this peppermint fudge recipe is that it’s really, really good, and takes just a few moments of time. Because during the holiday season, who really has time for anything else? When I can whip up a dessert that everyone will love, that’s a huge win in my book.

And since my boys have a sweet tooth for all things fudge, this is one recipe that I know that they’re going to love. I’ll cut this recipe into squares and the pan will be gone before I know it.

Can you freeze fudge for later?

You can. It’s actually really simple to do! You just have to remove the leftover fudge from the parchment paper lined baking pan and put it into a freezer proof container or storage back. It’s literally as simple as that.

Can you change the color of this fudge?

For sure. Just add a few drops of green food coloring to change the coloring or even red as well. (Keep in mind though that red food coloring will make things pink more than red so it may not look as festive as you want.)

Grinch Fudge Recipe

Yield: 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Fridge Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

This fudge recipe is so simple and easy to do.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • Grinch-ish Sprinkle Mix
  • ½ cup crushed peppermints
  • ½ cup red and green M&Ms
  • ¼ cup red candy melting discs
  • ¼ cup bright green candy melting discs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, separated

Instructions

  1. Take a small baking dish (9X9) and line with parchment paper.
  2. Put the white chocolate chips and butter into a pot on the stove and heat on medium hit until smooth.
  3. Pour into the pan once melted.
  4. Put red candy discs in microwave safe bowl with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat on high in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring between each one. Repeat with green.
  5. Alternate the red and green candy melt, peppermint and M&M's and drizzle over the top.
  6. Put in fridge for an hour before cutting.
