Simple Smores Cookie Dough Truffles
Holy moly, these Smores Cookie Dough Truffles are my latest and greatest obsession. You’re going to love these smores bites. They’re simple, delicious, and always a hit. It’s fun to have edible cookie dough in the house! Be certain to check out our other smores recipes, too.
If you’re looking for easy smores truffles, this really is the perfect recipe. Bite-sized and light and fluffy, covered perfectly with melted chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.
The mini chocolate chips and the crushed graham crackers are perfect when combined. One nibble and I think you’re going to be hooked.
Smores Cookie Dough Truffles
The good news is that this simple truffle recipe isn’t hard to make at all. It’s an easy way to get a fun flavor that you can grab and pop in your mouth. I call them s’mores bites for a reason!
My boys have always loved anything smores flavor so that is why I’m always looking for new ideas. This is one of their favorites because it’s like a cookie and a truffle in one!
Are there any toppings you can add to these truffle bites?
The crushed graham crackers are perfect for toppings but I’ve also played around with adding a little dollop of marshmallow fluff on top, too. It’s really however you want to top them so have fun!

How long do these truffles take to set up?
Putting them in the freezer for about 20 minutes is the timeframe that it takes. This will give them a solid consistency while still giving that delicious flavor and texture that you’re looking for.

Smores Cookie Dough Truffles
If you love truffles, you're not going to want to miss out on this!
Ingredients
- 9 T all-purpose flour
- ½ t salt
- ½ stick of butter softened
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ t of vanilla
- 1 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 3 T milk
- ¾ cup of mini marshmallows, cut into pieces
- ¼ cup of crushed graham crackers
- 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 t of coconut oil
Instructions
Put wax paper on a baking sheet.
Grab a small bowl and sift the salt and flour.
Use a different bowl and mix the butter, sugars, and vanilla.
Add in the dry ingredients slowly and beat until combined. Add in the milk and stir.
Carefully fold in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Take and roll the dough into one-inch spheres and put them on the baking sheet.
Put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate with a double boiler and stir in the coconut oil.
Take the baking pan and truffles out of the freezer and coat with chocolate. Put back on the baking sheet and sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs.
Put into the fridge to firm up for about 20 minutes.

Some of the ingredients say “T” (capital T ) and “t” (small t) Is that Tablespoon and teaspoon ?
That is correct! Capital T is Tablespoon and lowercase t is teaspoon
