This Lime and Ginger Tilapia Recipe is a fast and healthy weeknight dinner. Easy to cook quickly!
- 2-4 tilapia fillets
- 1 sliced jalapeno pepper
- 1 sliced line
- 1 tbsp of fresh grated ginger (about 1 1/2 inches of ginger)
- cilantro, optional garnish
- Heat the oven to 475 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the slices of lime, ginger, and jalapeno to the top of each fillet.
