Forget about stressing over what to put on the table for the guests, and let these parmesan pretzels be the answer. A simple grab-and-go snack!

I’m a HUGE fan of pretzels because they are crispy and hold flavors well. I am always on the lookout for a fun way to spice up my pretzels, and since I’m such a huge fan of garlic, I knew this would be a huge hit.

Little did I know that it would become one of the most requested snack recipes I make – and I’m okay with that!

Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Chips

The best part about making garlic pretzel chips is that it takes minimal time and effort. This is one of those snack recipes that can be last minute, and nobody will even have a clue.

With a prep time of just 15 minutes and a cook time of 30 minutes, it’s perfect for making right before kickoff or at the start of the party.

My boys love that you can eat them slightly warm or cold, and they’re still delicious no matter what. If you make a large batch as I do, having leftovers is also a total perk!

What is the best way to keep pretzels fresh?

The best way to keep pretzels fresh for as long as possible is to store them in an airtight container. This creates a barrier between the pretzels and the outside environment, trapping moisture inside the container and protecting them from becoming dry or stale.

Additionally, it’s essential to keep the pretzels away from heat and direct light, which can degrade their texture and taste over time.

Placing them in a dark cupboard or drawer is ideal, although, with an airtight container, they should remain fresh at room temperature.

Finally, if there are any leftovers, it’s a good idea to freeze them, so they stay fresher for longer.

Yes, you can freeze pretzel sticks. All you have to do is put the pretzel sticks in a zip-top bag or airtight container and place them in your freezer.

It’s best to freeze pretzels immediately after buying them so they’ll stay fresh longer, but it’s not necessary.

Freeze the pretzels for up to 6 months and thaw before use.

Omgsh we could not stop eating these! They have become a fave around our house. The punch from the parmesan was so good with the salty pretzels.
