What else can I use for smores besides graham crackers?

S’mores are a classic treat enjoyed by many. While graham crackers are the traditional base, many other options exist to mix things up.

One option is to use chocolate chip cookies, adding an extra layer of chocolate to the irresistible treat.

For those who prefer a savory twist, try using crackers like Ritz or saltines.

And for a gluten-free option, rice cakes provide a crispy and light base for the gooey marshmallow and chocolate.

So, don’t stop trying something new next time you crave a s’more!

What are unique smores topping ideas?

Smores are a beloved treat from classic graham crackers, melted chocolate, and gooey marshmallows. However, if you want to switch things up and add a flavorful twist, consider trying some unique toppings.

One tasty option is adding fresh fruit, such as sliced strawberries or bananas, which add a pop of color and a burst of natural sweetness.

Another surprisingly delicious option is a sprinkle of sea salt – it may sound odd, but the saltiness pairs perfectly with the sweet flavors of the chocolate and marshmallow. And for those who love nutty flavors, try adding crunchy peanut butter or crushed hazelnuts.

With so many creative possibilities, it’s worth exploring beyond the standard smores recipe to see what fun new flavor combinations you can develop.
