I’m fine with adding the shrimp because it’s a great protein – and I’m a shrimp fan. I also love the Greek flavoring, too!
It’s time to get out of the mindset that salads must only be a bed of lettuce. This easy shrimp salad recipe proves otherwise!
How do I know when the shrimp is fully cooked?
Cooking shrimp can be tricky, but with the proper technique, you can quickly determine when your shrimp is fully cooked. The key is to keep an eye on your shrimp as it cooks.
When you first put your shrimp in the pan, they will start translucent or grayish-pink, depending on their shell color. As they cook, they will start turning pink and begin to curl.
They’re done once the shrimp have curled and turned pink around.
Alternatively, you can also use a thermometer to check the internal temperature.
