Instructions to Make 30 Minute Sheet Pan Beef Fajitas

Ready to make your kitchen smell amazing? Here’s how to get these family-friendly fajitas sizzling in no time.

  1. Prep Your Ingredients – Slice the beef, bell peppers, and onions. Try to keep the sizes uniform for even cooking.
  2. Marinate the Beef – Toss the beef in a simple marinade of olive oil, lime juice, and seasonings. Let it sit while the oven preheats.
  3. Assemble on a Sheet Pan – Spread everything out in a single layer. Crowding the pan can lead to steaming instead of roasting.
  4. Bake – Roast in the oven until the beef is cooked through and the veggies are tender with slightly crisp edges.
  5. Serve Hot – Transfer to a serving dish or keep it casual right off the pan. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
