How do you know when the flank steak is done cooking?

Cooking times will vary but you need to be certain that you’re cooking the steak all the way through. If you’re overly worried, you can always invest in a meat thermometer that can show you the temperature of the steak so that you know that you’re getting it cooked all the way.
