Ingredients
- • 1 pound ground beef
- • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- • 6 large Russet potatoes, cubed
- • 1 cup beef stock
- • ½ teaspoon salt
- • ½ teaspoon pepper
- • Ketchup, optional
Instructions
- Add ground beef and chopped onion to the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Cook on saute mode until beef has browned.
- Add in the potatoes and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Put the lid on the Instant Pot, with the pressure valve turned to sealing.
- Set cooking time for a manual high pressure time of 4 minutes, allowing for a quick pressure release when the time has finished.
