When I first got married, this was really the only thing I knew how to cook – hence the name – Kelli’s Spaghetti Recipe! It’s a fast and simple dinner and always a hit! Add this to your list of quick and easy recipes using beef for easy weeknight meals!

You can pair this with garlic bread, a simple side salad, or just enjoy a giant serving of these noodles right on their own!

Kelli’s Spaghetti Recipe

Is there anything that screams comfort food more than spaghetti? The tender noodles and the hearty, flavorful sauce combine perfectly with every bite.

All that’s left to do is to fill your plate or bowl full of this goodness. And don’t forget to top with Parmesan cheese! Everyone will love and appreciate how yummy this dish is, and it makes meal planning a breeze.

To get started, grab the simple ingredients needed from the grocery store. Dinner will be ready in no time at all!

How do I know when spaghetti noodles are done cooking?

It’s crucial to taste your spaghetti to ensure perfect texture. Also, aim for al dente—tender yet firm to the bite.

If you’re not confident in your taste test, another method is to break a noodle in half; if the center shows a tiny dot of uncooked pasta, give it another minute or two.

Avoid overcooking the noodles to prevent them from becoming mushy. Always follow the package instructions for cooking time as a guideline for consistent results.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Pound(s) hamburger meat browned and drained
  • 2 – 3 muffins of frozen seasoning blend
  • 3 cans tomato sauce plus 2-3 of water
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 3 cans of beef broth
  • 4 – 6 bullion cubes
  • Salt pepper garlic, onion, etc

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil. Allow to simmer, covered, for 4-5 hours or until it thickens. Stir Frequently.
  • Serve over spaghetti noodles.
