Asian Beef Noodle Bowl
The flavors in this Asian Beef Noodle Bowl are so good!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. linguine uncooked
- 3 cups broccoli florets I just used frozen
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 teaspoons oil I used Olive Oil
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak cut into strips
- 1/2 cup Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing divided
- 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce divided
Instructions
Take 1/2 of the dressing & 1/2 of the sauce and put in a ziplock bag. Add beef, turning to coat, and allow to marinate for several hours.
Remove meat from bag and throw sauce away. Cook Pasta as directed, adding veggies to the boiling water for the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large non-stick skillet. Add meat; cook 4 minutes or until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing and sauce; cook 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta mixture; place in large serving bowl, add meat mixture; toss to coat.
