Pineapple Beef Stir Fry Recipe
To start, brown the beef in a little oil until it’s seared on all sides. Add garlic cloves, green onions, and red pepper for an aromatic base.
Then, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, and pineapple juice in a small bowl to create a savory stir-fry sauce. Toss in broccoli and canned pineapple chunks, letting everything cook together for 5-6 minutes.
For extra texture, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve over white or cauliflower rice for a quick dinner.

Does it matter the cut of beef you use?
It does. Flank steak is great because it’s thin and fast to cook. It’s also a bit more tender and not as chewy as other pieces of meat.
