You’re going to love the ease of this Pineapple Beef Stir Fry Recipe. This Hawaiian stir fry is loaded with a sweet flavor and tender beef. This beef stir fry with tropical flavors is one of my favorite beef recipes.

The pineapple chunks and flank steak create the perfect texture and taste. You can even top with some sesame seeds to add a fun texture, too!

I love the simplicity of this recipe. Just a few ingredients is all you need and the flavor is literally out of this world.

Pineapple Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Once you add the oil and cook up the beef, the rest of the recipe is a breeze. I love to top with scallions but fresh cilantro could be another great choice.

My boys have found that they really love the combination of beef and pineapple more than they thought they would. This is why we always try new recipes in our house – to find out flavors we didn’t know we’d love!

Can you add other ingredients to this stir fry?

You bet. Snow peas would be a great addition as would bell peppers. All you have to do is cook and stir to get them added right in.

Does it matter the cut of beef you use?

It does. Flank steak is great because it’s thin and fast to cook. It’s also a bit more tender and not as chewy as other pieces of meat.

Pineapple Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

This stir fry recipe has so much flavor and taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 pound of thinly sliced beef flank steak
  • 2½ cups of pineapple chunks
  • 3 . tamari or coconut aminos
  • 3 thinly sliced scallions

Instructions

Put the coconut oil in the skillet on high heat. Add in the beef and the pineapple and season with salt and pepper.

Stir on high heat until the beef is cooked. This should take 2-3 minutes of time.

Add in the coconut aminos and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. This should make the mixture bubbly.

Remove from heat and mix in the scallions. Serve.
