Tips for making Bird Nest Cookies:
These cookies only require four ingredients. They are one of the easiest (and cutest) cookies I’ve ever made.
- Take the cream cheese out of the fridge a few hours prior to let soften.
- I used a food processor to crush my Oreos but you could always use a rolling pin and large freezer bag.
- Let the melted chocolate cool a few minutes after melting and then scoop it into a small sandwich bag. Snip one corner with scissors and then squeeze the melted chocolate into the cookie cups.
These cookies are so fun to make and my kids loved helping make them, just as much as they enjoyed eating them!
