Specialty Ingredients:
The following ingredients are affiliate links on Amazon because they may be a bit hard to find in your normal store. I wanted you to be able to see exactly which things we are using.
Beef Stock – If you don’t have your own, you can simply use a can of beef broth.
Paprika – For years, I thought Paprika had no flavor and was just a decoration for potato salad. LOL!
Cornstarch – You can use whatever brand you prefer.
While this recipe calls for salt, pepper, and garlic powder you can use whatever seasonings your family likes.
Reminder, not all ingredients in the Instant Pot Cheeseburger Potatoes are linked above. I have only included the ones that may be a bit difficult to find or that you might be unsure of what to look for.
Must Have Resources:
When making Instant Pot Cheeseburger Potatoes at home, you really need to have the following Amazon affiliate tools on hand.
Instant Pot – Obviously, right? 🙂
Potato Slicer – Every kitchen should have a goo Mandolin. They are so time saving and make uniform slices.
Long Spoon for Stirring – I love a good wooden spoon. Funny how I said “a” isn’t it? LOL! I have GOBS of them. 🙂
Make it a Meal:
Vegetable Side – While this is a complete meal, with growing boys at the table adding a side like this Bacon Broccoli Salad will help fill them up with veggies!
Starch Side – This Wild Rice and Cranberry Bread is a really great side to serve with Instant Pot Cheeseburger Potatoes. It has the perfect texture and just the right amount of zing from the cranberries.
Refreshing Drink – You can’t go wrong with Fresh Lemonade for this one-dish meal.
Don’t forget Dessert – Easy Snickers Brownies hit the sweet spot after a hearty meal.
