I love this ice cream recipe because of all the berry flavors. It makes me think of summer and tastes like it, too! When I can get a bit of fruit mixed in with my ice cream – why not? The flavors pair perfectly together!

No-Churn Triple Berry Ice Cream

With minimal ingredients needed, this simple ice cream recipe is the best. Why spend money on an ice cream machine when you don’t need one at all? I’ve been making no-churn ice cream for years and it’s one of my favorites.

My boys tend to agree with me and support my ice cream passion. I tend to think up new flavors all the time and use them as my test subjects! Don’t worry – they happily agree!

How long do you have to store in the freezer?

This specific recipe says 6 hours but sometimes it does take longer than that. It’s fine to eat it before it hardens up so it’s totally up to you.

Can you use a food processor to blend up the ingredients?

You can! Just make certain that you don’t over blend it if you want to have the texture of chunks of fruit in your ice cream.

No-Churn Triple Berry Ice Cream

This simple ice cream is fast and easy to make and has so much wonderful flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups of heavy cream

Instructions

Whip the heavy cream in a stand mixer with a whisk until you get stiff peaks.

Cut up the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries while the heavy cream is being mixed.

Add to the blender and mix.

Pour in the condensed milk and vanilla and mix for 2-3 minutes.

Fold the blended fruit into the cream. Dont over stir.

Put in the freezer for 6 hours.
