These cake mix cookies are soft and one of my favorite dessert recipes. I can’t wait to hear what you think once you make them!

These cookies are great for Valentine’s Day are easy to make as well. Just be certain to line your baking sheet with parchment paper so that they don’t stick.

Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

Grab a mixing bowl, whisk, and your ingredients to get started making the dough balls. It’s a short and simple process that results in excellent cookies!

These cookies are always at the top of my boy’s wish list and I love to make them, too. I’ve even added in a handful of white chocolate chips for some fun added sugary goodness.

Can you freeze leftover cookies?

You bet! Freezing cookies is a great way to make them last to enjoy later. You just need to put them in a freezer-safe bag or container and keep them out of the air.

Once you want a cookie just remove and let thaw or eat it frozen. Your choice!

Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

Yield: 2 dozen
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

These cookies are so simple and easy to make!

Ingredients

Cookies:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Glaze:

  • 1 cup of confectioners sugar
  • 4-6 T of milk

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Grab a bowl and mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to measure out the batter and place it on the baking sheet.
  5. Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the surface starts to crack.
  6. Take out of the oven to let cool on a cooling rack.

Directions for the Glaze:

  1. To make the glaze, combine the sugar and the milk.
  2. Drizzle on with a fork once the cookies are cooled.
