How long does cheesecake stay fresh in the fridge?
The shelf life of any food item greatly depends on several factors, such as temperature, moisture, and other storage conditions. When it comes to cheesecake, its shelf life can be extended by storing it properly in the refrigerator.
Typically, refrigerating cheesecake can keep it fresh for up to 3-4. It’s essential to note that if you’re in doubt, always rely on your senses, i.e., smell, sight, and taste, to determine whether the cheesecake is still safe to consume.

Why is it so fun to eat dessert on a stick?
Eating dessert on a stick has recently become popular, providing a fun and unique way to enjoy sweet treats. But why is it so enjoyable?
It could be argued that the novelty of enjoying dessert in a new and exciting way, combined with the inherent portability and convenience of a handheld snack, contributes to the pleasurable experience.
In addition, eating dessert on a stick may activate the brain’s reward center, releasing feel-good chemicals such as dopamine and reinforcing the behavior of indulging in such pleasurable treats.
Ultimately, the enjoyment of eating dessert on a stick is a subjective experience. Still, there is no denying that it adds an element of fun to the already delightful act of indulging in a sweet treat.

Mermaid Cheesecake Pops Recipe
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 Small Cheesecake defrosted if frozen
- 1 Cup(s) White Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Mermaid Sprinkles
- 6 Popsicles Sticks
Instructions
- Put the cheesecake on a cutting board and cut six even slices.
- Put a popsicle stick into each slice on the wide end. Push it as far as you can without having it poke through the top.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds. Stir and heat as needed. Add coconut oil if you want it to be smoother. Do this until the chips are melted.
- Hold one slice of cheesecake on a stick over the bowl of melted white chocolate. Use a spoon to smooth 2 tablespoons of white chocolate all over the cheesecake. You can leave the white end bare like I did, or cover it entirely. Up to you.
- Put the cheesecake on a plate or baking sheet and add the sprinkles on top.
- Repeat for all the slices.
- The candy chips will take about 60 minutes to firm on the cheesecake. Once firm, serve and enjoy!
