This Quick and Easy Chinese Stir-Fry Recipe is such a go-to for us that I get slightly panicked if I don’t have the three ingredients in my stash!

There comes a time in every busy mom’s life where she has to decide between takeout and frozen.  I know this feeling, I have 3 very active children.

Fortunately, I also have a large amount of super quick recipes in my arsenal!   This means I can give my kids a much more nutritious meal than either of the aforementioned options.  Not as good as it could be, but still much better than the others!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 pkg. 16 oz. frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • ½ Cup(s) KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until chicken is no longer pink.

  • ADD vegetables and dressing; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.

  • SERVE over rice.
