This Raspberry Lemon Sorbet Mocktail Recipe is a family-friendly recipe everyone will love! Made with sorbet!

Ingredients

  • 1 pint raspberry sorbet
  • 1 cup unflavored sparkling water
  • 1-2 cans San Pellegrino Limonata or another lemon sparkling beverage

For garnish (optional):

  • Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Scoop the sorbet into each of the four cocktail glasses.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of sparkling water to each glass.
  3. Fill the glass the rest of the way full with the lemon beverage.
  4. Add garnish if desired.
