- Decorate the cups by wrapping a bow around the string around them.
- Melt the chocolate melts according to the package directions.
- Once melted, add it to a piping bag.
- Put 2 marshmallows onto a lollipop stick.
- Cut off the tip of the piping bag and pipe chocolate onto the marshmallows. Add to the top and bottom.
- Add the sprinkles and let the marshmallows dry on parchment paper for 10 minutes.
- To make the cups, put the chocolate candies in the cup followed by the rock candy.
- Next all the taller treats like the candy cans, wafers, and marshmallows.
- Now add the cookies, donuts, and gum drop candy.
- Add the twisted lollipops last, in the front.
